Caroline: There is nothing on this planet cuter than baby ducks. I might start hugging the computer moniter just looking at this picture.

Kat: I know what you mean.

Mandy: The sad thing is, their mothers abandon them more often than not, at least at the Arbo. Don't know why, but they do. I've watched it happen while on break at work.

Kat: At least it isn't a particularly fierce environment, I think they have a pretty good chance at the arbo.

sarah: yeah, at least they're not prone to AIDs at the arbo. can you imagine an AIDs epidemic spreading through ducks in north carolina? it would be a pandemic.

Kelsey: i wouldn't be too sure that they're not prone to AIDs at the arbo...
